Eamonn has a long association with Academy One, Eamonn first completed his personal training course with academy one back in 2008 and then he went on to complete the exercise and physical activity for children course with Academy One also. Since the completion of his courses with Academy One Eamonn is now a full time sports coordinator for Park Academy Childcare and is also running his own successful childrens fitness company called lighten legs. Academy One are delighted to have Eamonn back where it all began and part of the team , Eamonn has been teaching since 2015 with Academy One delivering the exercise and physical activity for children course
