Breandán Ó Gabháin is the college coordinator and course developer for Academy One. He is also the college’s senior lecturer in the fields of anatomy & physiology and nutrition. Breandán has spent many years studying anatomy & physiology and nutrition and has undergraduate and masters degrees from both the University of Limerick and Trinity College Dublin, where he has studied sport & exercise science and exercise physiology. Breandán has taught in many institutes throughout the country including NUIG, and is commonly sought after for guest lecturing in the fields of anatomy & physiology and nutrition. If you choose to attend one of our nutrition courses Breandán will be your lecturer and he will guide you throughout the course and will always lend a helping hand when needed. If you choose to study nutrition through our online courses you will see Breandán delivering each nutrition lecture through online video lectures. Any course delivered by Academy One that has an anatomy & physiology module will have some form of input by Breandán, by either coordinating the module and designing the materials for other lecturers to deliver, or by Breandán delivering the module directly himself. Either way you are guaranteed to enjoy each anatomy & physiology lecture and learn the content of each lecture in an efficient and educational manner.
